The phone has somekind of wire in the back of the screen . u need to fix it to a cellphone repairer,otherwise u will not see anything,i had twice the same problem,if u fixed it in 3 months or 4 u will have the same problem

i made a couple of calls and it turned out my phone needed flashing to reset all factory and network settings. i took it to a specialist and it cost £20
i'm sure the software to do this yourself is on the NET and you only need the phones USB fire wire to connect it.
