If you've removed the screws that is on the plastic that is around the outter edges of the screen then use a little force with your fingers to pry the plastic bezel apart from around the screen. Normally this is snuggly snapped into place around the screen. Surely some knucklehead did not apply glue to it.

Cant remove screen seems glued on hp pavillion dv5 1007

ummm, i'd doubt that it is glued unless you had the screen repair previously by a shoddy repair shop. First of all normally the screens are held in place by screws that are hidden by little rubber bumper covers or some type of covering on the plastic that is around the screen. Use a safety pin or small flat head screwdriver to remove the covers and expose the screws. Then use a phillips head screw driver to remove the screws. Once all the screws are removed use your fingers to slide along the inside of the plastic around the screen and pry it loose from the screen.

Inside screen broke,is it a big job and whats the cost for a screen...42" plasma

It costs more to replace the screen than it does to buy a new one. It will require a complete dissassembly of the tv to replace the screen. Not worth it.

I would like to replace the lcd screen on my lg vu

Not difficult at all. Just google Lg Vu forums, and you'll find screenshots on how to dissassemble the phone. Get your LCD replacement off eBay for 30 bucks and replace it. Take your time, and should have no problems. I've taken mine apart several times now and can completely dissasemble the LG Vu Cu920 within about 4min or so.

Video card screwed on presario v3000 (known issue)

The mainboard or motherboard is the main PCB in the laptop. It is the most difficult component to replace because you must completely disassemble the laptop to remove it and properly install the new one. Take the battery out, ground yourself and discharge the laptop by pressing the power button for a few seconds. Most laptops start dissassembling by removing the power button/led panel above the keyboard, and then removing the keyboard, de-attaching the LCD screen assembly. And then flipping it over and removing screws on the bottom, then the laptop will split in two peices, the top part of the chassis and then the bottom half which is where the motherboard will be attached. If you decide to continue organize your screws, label them or take pictures to help you get it back together. Hope this helps you get started.

Do you mean clean inside the LCD itself?? did it get water in it??

Not a fun thing to take apart an LCD and hard to reassemble as well. If you break the circuit boards while taking it apart you have to buy a new LCD.

Here is a good example of what replacing a backlight involves including disassembly pictures:
