Souce:http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=573497 I may have a work around It is a way to give admin privs to the msi file First, create a file called Arthur.bat - Open a folder, say C:\temp - Right-click and select new, Text Document - name it Arthur.bat Next, edit the file - right click the file and select edit - put this in the editor ... msiexec /a d:\Arthur.msi - save and exit Then, right-click the file and select "Run as administrator"
Worked for me.
There is another msi file (ISScript11.msi) on the CD which I didn't run which may be needed ? But, I managed to play through the tutorial/start so ... we w ill see.
So, it is a permissions thing. Hopefully this will get passed on to the developers and they can resolve it tout-de-suite

When you say that you are unable to play , do you mean its not loading ? unable to install it? do you get a specific error message when you try to launch it ?

If a game is really old, sometimes, they won't play on newer operating systems. If you would like to play it, get a newer or older operating system, depending on the Computer Requirements on the back of your game.
Most likely the issue you are having is your computer is under powered to run both Vista Home Premium and the game. Vista is heavy on the resources and since you are running Vista Home Premium you will need more then some running the Basic version.
So the easy fix would be to up you memory upto 2 gigs. Note best practice for Vista is to have atlest 2 gigs of ram in the system.
If you still have trouble I would test the game on another Vista computer with a 2.0 or higher CPU to see if it still has trouble. If it does not then most likely it will not work on your computer.
Also if you did an upgrade from XP to Vista you might have so Windows issue. So if the test on the other computer worked you might try a fresh install of Vista to resolve any possible Windows issues.
I assume you are talking about a tv, lcd or plasma?
You may need a new Z Sustain Board . Usually replace the Main Board as well. If your tv is still under warranty I would go that route. sometimes the cable can be bad between. Hard to say without opening it up. A few brands that have great warranty and include home visits are Vizio, HP, and Polaroid.
