Connect your HDD/GoGear to the power supply with the AC/DC adapter, do a soft reset by pressing and holding the same as before hdd120 philips - 051024111737_406.gif and the volume + keys at the same time for a couple of seconds, then switch on the Jukebox with the 051024111737_407.gif button normally.

I'm a bit late to the party here but the solution is to right click the shortcut to the Philips DMM and run as an Administrator. It all works fine if you do.

How do I charge the philips mp3 player?

Connect the supplied AC/DC adapter/charger to the 5V DC jack on your hdd and the power supply. The AC power icon will indicate on display showing that the Jukebox is now adapter operated.
