Olevia 237v s11 Power Supply

I am looking for a power supply for an Olevia 237V S11, just looking to see if anybody has one they would want to part with. The number on the power supply itself is AEP016-37. Thanks

As of this week, Olevia is not supplying parts. I talked to them at thesame number (866-965-3842). Does anyone know where I can get a power supply. AEPo16-37 is the part # I think.

Does anyone have a schematic or know the voltages "Supposed" to be on each output pin?

Hi There, I am sorry to hear about your power supply problem for the Television. Unfortunately, I do not have that part. However, if you are not having any success obtaining that part, I will suggest having the defective board repair. Here is a company that repairs power supply board. http://www.power-supply-repair.com/power-supply-repair/switch-mode-power-supply-/ Hope this information helps. Good Luck, Mike

Don't even try to order anything from Olevia. They are bankrupt and the 3 people that they have answering the phones are jerks.

Can't locate fuse on my Olevia TV...what does it look like? 27 inch flat screen

The fuse is located on the power supply. You have to remove the back cover of the LCD in order to get to the power supply. The fuse should be near the AC power cord jack. If the fuse is blown, you may have bigger problems than you anticipated.

Olevia 437-s11 is stuck in stand by mode, I tried the solution provided but I'm unable to find the firmware in the olevia page. do you have any idea where can I get it?

It's not a firmware update, you do have a problem with the main board giving the power supply an ON command. Please have it looked at by a qualified technician.

I have sound but no picture on an Olevia 237V

If you get no picture on all inputs (TV, DVD, ETC.) then the problem can be in the backlight inverter board or the power supply that supplys the power to the inverter board.

Flashing picture

I had the same problem with my 237V, I had to replace the power supply to fix the problem. I believe when it would work the output voltage of the power supply was around 19.2v. When the screen started to strobe the voltage had jumped up to 21.5V. A new power supply fixed it for me but now I think my main board is on the fritz.

Olevia 237V S11 Backlight Problems

This sounds like a defective batch of fluorescent backlight sources; have seen this complaint before.
This may be tough to acquire since I don't know how standard those are across the industry and Olevia has filed for bankruptcy so you can't count on them.

Check inverter supply voltage, (should be constant and stable) if found ok, then inverter or back-light tubes are suspected.
