You will have to convert all FLV videos to an AVI format using FLV Encoder or some other free program. Then the media converter will recognize them, and you can transfer them to your GoGear. Copyrighted music videos will not convert no matter what you do.
To reload drivers: WARNING: this process will erase all songs off the GoGear. Disconnect the GoGear from computer. Turn the GoGear off. Hold in the volume + button. Reconnect the GoGear while holding in the volume + button. Continue holding the volume + button.
