Can't reset the dpr-1260

I can't acess DPR-1260 wep application to reconfigure. Held the back reset button for 20 seconds more than once but no change. I am running XP pro SP 2. DPR firmware is 1.21. DSL router 2wire (ATT). the DPR currently is configured for ad-hoc not infrastructure. I want to change it back to infrastructure but no luck.

Windows 7 compatibility forthe DPR 1260

My DPR-1260 arrived yesterday and I set it up easily in minutes on both Windows 7 (32-bit Pro) and XP SP3 with 3 printers attached. So far I have only tried wired connection. Wi-fi may be more problematical.
Printers are Brother HL-2040, HL-2140 and Samsung CLP-300. Could not get it to recognize my Canon Lide 25 scanner

Problem with DPR-1260

this kind of problem occurs in dlink router sometimes & after some time router stop responding after 10 -15 min & once u reboot the router it again start work for a while. the best solution to this problem is to reset the router back to its factory defualt settings u can do this by press the reset button on the back on the router ( it looks like a small hole u have to use a pin for press that button) once u have reset the router to factory default settings just reconfig the router & i am sure it will start working fine in case u still face the same problem just contact D-link or send me the details about the problem & the physical setup of ur router & printer etc

DPR-1260 with Epson CX6600 & Dymo Duo

The DPR-1260 is pretty easy to configure and works well with my HP Laser 1012, HP Photosmart 8250, and HP OfficeJet 5610. The Operating System on the computer is what matters... as long as it's running Windows XP, Vista, or a server edition like Win2003, you should be fine. I can't speak to the Mac environment, as I don't have any experience there. As for the Dymo Duo, I can't tell you how well it'll work in this environment, but based on my experience with it and many other print servers that I've tried, I can't think of a better configuration to try. Personally, I would recommend the DPR-1260 to anyone... just make sure you follow the installation instructions in the users manual carefully, and you can't go wrong. I love mine, hopefully you'll enjoy yours as well.

DPR-1260 ... prints but cannot access web config page

To get into the web configuration you need to know your firmware on the DPR-1260. If it is 1.12, us http://dlinkps-xxxxxx where the X's are the last 6 number of the mac address. If it is 1.20 and up, use http://dlink-xxxxxx, where the x's are the last 6 number of the mac address. If you do set it up as DHCP or static and know the ip address of the print server just type in the ip address of the print server on the address bar.
