Question about Televison & Video
On those TVs it is normally a bad DM module board/convergence check out this forum it may help you a little more....
4 bad capacitors in the DM module is not letting your TV set download it's software. They must be replaced to fix it.
Done several of these...you'll need (4) 1000uf caps at 35 Volt rating, and a TV Tech to install them.
Get a Mitsubishi Authorized servicer out to your home.
And you should not need a DM module to fix it....I've only had ONE out of 30 that required the DM module...but that's because the customer waited too long to get it fixed.
