The roller wont turn. If you are facing the Vac the left side doesnt spin like the right side does.

hi from uk not conversant with your vac but if it has only one belt that drives the roller brush ? i would suspect that the actual roller has split in centre remove roller to check it? suggest you renew drive belt to provide extra life if it has not been replaced recently or at all?
