Flickering Lines

I have an intermittent problem with thin flickering blue lines along the top third of the screen and thin pink flickering lines along the bottom third of the screen. The center third looks ok. Usually they come and go recently they have become more apparent and almost continuous. When the set was new it would do this once in a while. It's about 4 years old now. Thanks for the help.
