The engine light is telling you that the CPU has found sensor/s outside set parameters during the checking process. Have the fault codes read to determine which sensor is intermittent in operation.
Get your ride checked for error codes, as error codes will
be more helpful in solving the problem. Generally when the car stalls out, the
problem may rise due to:

Faulty ignition coil
3.
Faulty distributor

Clogged
or damaged Air filter

Unless check engine light does not come up, there is no need
to worry about O2 sensor. To check O2 sensor check your ride for error codes.
The error code will tell you which sensor is faulty (If error code says faulty

Take your scooter to the Harley shop and have it checked out, I forget the sequence but that is an error code, if you feel unsafe riding because of the error code take it on a trailer. Riding to the shop with an error code or any kind of a malfunction isn't worth risking your life to be cool as a friend of mine was when he got error codes.
