Question about HP Photosmart 3210 Printer
My 3210 will print but will not scan. I get a message to make sure the printer is connected properly. I tried the scan button on the front and tried to scan from the HP Solution Center software. I assume that it is connected properly since I can print from my PC. Any suggestions?
I now have 2 of these and both print ok but can not scan with either, never tried to till now.
I have re- downloaded the driver from HP.com via Internet Explorer (usually use Mozilla Firefox) and i get 2 diff. error messages : network busy (impossible since it is connected via USB) and the 1 at my office connects wirelessly but error message is something to do with software.
