Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
I just bought a 2GB Sansa e250 and it seems to be working fine since I have access to the pre-loaded files, but I cannot connect it to my PC. I keep getting an error message from the "New Hardware Wizard" that reads:
Cannot Start this Hardware
There was a problem installing this hardware:
USB Mass Storage Device
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Click Finish to start a troubleshooter that can help you resolve the problem
But the troubleshooter cannot help me. My PC runs Windows XP Home Edition.
Daniel it dosent work
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
