The question there is that, is the original operating system of the dell d620 is windows xp or vista, because it wont work properly if the drivers of the system is not installed, especially if the hardware is for vista but there is a workaround try to find the drivers of your system for xp on

Well yes, the easier way for you to get your actual driver for the system is go to click on drivers and downloads, but instead of choosing the system, enter the service tag of your computer, that is the 7 alphanumeric characters found at the bottom of your laptop that says service tag, after you enter that it will show you the actual drivers for your system. if you need further assistance on downloading just send me a message. thanks.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
