Monotor screen s shaking..

my monitor s of PCS.its 9 yrs old.. nowadays the screen s shaking always.. its fluctuating.. if i move a bit or tap the monitor it becomes normal.. i ve cheked my connectons also. al r fine. y this happens. wat shd i do to stop this permanently.. help plzz..

1. Main filter capacitor 220mf / 420v problem.

2. There is any U P S or Speaker boxs near to monitor.

3. Electrical distabence.

4. PTC problem.
