Your sony ericson mobile is under warranty , there must be bigger distributor or c&f of sony mobile in your area talk to them about your claim, take higher officials phone nos from them, if they dont cooperate take your matter to the consumer court, you will definately have a solution.

First request the phone's IMEI code by contacting customer service for T-Mobile. If you've been a customer long enough, T-Mobile may send the IMEI code, or the code identifying the specific phone, in a few days.Turn off the Sidekick Slide. Remove T-Mobile's SIM card, which is located near the battery. Insert the new provider's SIM card.Turn the Sidekick Slide back on. The phone will detect the new code and ask for the IMEI code. Enter the code. Now the Sidekick will operate using the new network.
try uninstalling some of the softwares & free some memory.. this must be a memory issue, i suppose.. alternatively you can Hard Reset it to back to Original, but in that you'll loose all your data which is on Phone Memory..
OK, first tmobile is just a lying, poor reception company and I suggest you switch to verizon. The phones are really good, I have the env3 and it is the best phone ever! I would hire a lawyer to get out of the contract
I have the same problem. Tmobile as well as a cell phone repair shop said the speaker is blown. When I checked online many speakers blow on the pearl after 5months. The repair shop said they could fix it for $100
