Lens error message

-   I have the same problem, but when it appears the very first time, I fix it trying to take another picture. That seems to 'close' a cycle on the mirror, at least that was how it 'sounds' for me. On the second try, there was no new image on memory card, just the 'Err' message gone. It works for maybe 20 or 30 times. Then, the same error message and no way to erase it. Change lens, battery, flash unit, without flash, change memory, etc. Nothing. Sometimes, it seems to fix for just a moment touching the AF/M option on camera body, but as soon as you press the shutter, Err message appears again. I do really need help on this !!!!!
