Hello,

The latest drivers for this model is for Windows XP.
If you're using operating system like Windows Vista or Windows 7, probably the driver will not work, but you still can try.
Here is the page where you can download the driver from.

Benq 4300u scaaner
Hi.

Driver for this scanner are available for Windows up to Windows XP. Drivers for Windows 7 and Vista are not available as they were never released by BenQ.
