Look at boot, in setup (F2):
Go to wireless page (Alt-P Twice)
Check if Bluetooth onboard card is detected.
If not, it may be and hardware problem;
Is this card really installed?
Check bluetooth cable connector (where the hard disk is)...

This is a problem associated with a wireless connection. What it is asking for is the identity of your wireless lan. That is, the name the router is broadcasting. This is called the network ID.and is what you must supply when asked. If you untick the IEEE.802.1 you disable the connection. You will also need to have the nework securety code (WEP) to logon.
