When i connect my mp3 with pc or electric charger it doesn't show any action. please help me out from this problem.

However if there is voltage on the pins then check the voltage on the battery terminal pins in the laptop. If absent then the motherboard is faulty.
you need to use a multimeter to check and track the path of the voltage/current to confirm the area of fault in the charging section.
