Have you tried the "forgot password" option? If so, are you prompted to choose between two options to reset your password? This time select the first option which uses your secret answer and location to verify your identity instead of the e-mail method.

I forgot my password and when I create another one it said that email exists

You cannot create a new email account using an existing email address. Most email providers have a link on the login page where you can tell them you forgot your password. Use that to give them your email address and they will email you a new password.

When posting your question, it would have been helpful to say which email provider you are using (hotmail, outlook, googlemail, yahoo etc.) so the reply could have been more specific to your needs.

Good luck.

No emails access

Which email account ?
Most email users experience that dread of realizing they can't access their messages at some point, but the trick is not to panic.

Microsoft has procedures in place to help you get back into your Hotmail and see what is waiting for you in your inbox.

Check you username and password.
Hotmail passwords are case sensitive, so something as simple as having your caps lock on can keep you from accessing your account.

Double check to be sure you are typing both your username and password exactly how you created them.

Reset your password. If you haven't logged into your Hotmail in some time and suspect you might be using the wrong password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Hotmail log-in page.

On the next screen, follow the prompts to enter your email address and the given security verification code.

Click "continue" and on the next screen, select the option that allows you to answer your pre-set security question.

This is a question you supplied when you set up your Hotmail account.
After correctly answering the question, you will be prompted to reset your password.

Clear your browser history and temporary Internet folders if you are continually getting a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message when you log in.

The exact procedure for doing this depends on your operating system and browser.
If you continue to get see this message, it could indicate a problem with the Hotmail server.

Check the status of the network on a site like Down Right Now that reports server problems on popular sites.

Submit a support request on the Windows Live page.
On the Windows Live site, select "Hotmail" under "Standard Services."
A search screen will open that will allow you to check out a variety of Hotmail related support topics.

At the bottom of that screen, choose "get more help" and then "support."
A support form will open for you to complete and submit to the Hotmail team.

You will receive an answer within 24 hours.
Note that you will need a second email account that you can access so that the Hotmail support staff can send you your answer.

Cant remember password for email

Email providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo! and Gmail make it easy for email account holders to request an old password.
You must know your complete email address and have an alternative email address or cell phone number where a confirmation code can be sent.
If you cannot get your password back, your email provider will delete the old one. You can then create a new password.
Go to the email provider's website. For example, if your email address is registered with Yahoo!, go to Yahoo.com and if your email address is registered with Hotmail, go to Hotmail.com.
Find the sign-in section on the main page of the website.
You will see one box for your email ID and one for your email password.

Click the link that says, "Forgot your password?" if you're trying to recover a password belonging to a Hotmail email account.
Click the link that says, "Can't Access Your Account?" if you want to recover a password belonging to a Yahoo! or Gmail email account.
Check the circle indicating that you need to recover your password.
A page under the heading, "Reset your password," will appear.
You'll be asked to enter your email address.
Enter the characters in the picture box to confirm that your request is authentic. Email providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo! and Google employ this security feature to stop automated programs from illegally accessing email accounts.
Click "Continue."
Confirm your cell phone number or alternate email address, which the email provider will use to send a confirmation code.
Do not exit from this page.
You will need it later.
Go back to the page where you confirmed your cell phone number.
Enter the confirmation code that you received. Click "Next."
Enter a new password, if requested, or sign in using your old password, which will appear on screen.

How do you reset your main users password if you forgot it?

If you are referring to the login passwords to enter the Windows login screen, you can reset the passwords by restarting your computer and entering safe mode by pressing F8 while it is starting up until if gives you the option to select safe mode. From there you can log into Administrator account and go to User account settings and remove the password for the user. From there just restart the computer and log into the user account and set up a new password if you wish.

I can't open my frienster account

FIRST, if you feel you are using the correct login and password and still not getting in, you might be encountering a corrupted cookie issue. To fix this, click on this link http://www.friendster.com/logout.php or enter it in your browser. When you get to this page, CLICK ON THE "LOG OUT" LINK AT THE TOP CORNER OF THE PAGE. This will force your browser to clear it's login cookie. Then try to log in again. If this does not work clear all cookies in your browser, restart it, and try again. If that fails, Go to www.friendster.com >After entering your email and password (and if you still get looped to a login page asking you to again enter your login email and password), click on of the tabs (profile, friends, invite) and see if you are actually logged into your account. This should take care of your problem.
