My husband says some times the simple solution is the best. Try this, it worked for me.
1) download your music to your computer in mp3 format (when your program asks 'SAVE AS' you pick MP3 forrmat.
2) import the music to the MP3 program from the program you downloaded to
3) import to your player.
i dont know how to get music from my laptop to my mp3 player? please help.
