My boiler is providing hot water but will not heat my radiators

It's possible that you have an air lock in your lines somewhere. Your radiators should have a know that you can turn to bleed air from your system.

I just replace a hose on my jeep larado 4.0 and now its running hot, no water in oil, no sighs of any enteral damage, just getting hot, over heating

check that you do not have an air lock...while the engine is running check the hoses to see if one is cold, run the engine with the header bottle cap off and if one of the hoses has a bleed nozzle then open it until you have continuous water running and not spitting.
Do not put cold water in a hot engine though, it can blow the head gasket.

Install continuous flow hot water system

I dont know if any tankless that have that installed.
Because as soon as it detects water movement it starts heating and if you continuous movement it will heat all the time. If that happens then something is going give and it wont be pretty. With a tank type water heater it just recirculates back to the tank and get reheated as needed.

Hot water working but heating not coming on,wiring seems to be correct,is there reset button maybe?

There usually is a reset button that is red. If this is a electric hot water heater it could be your heating element is out. They are pretty easy to do your self. Normally just take off a side cover slide old one and replace with new one. make sure you turn power off, and if you put in new element, DO NOT turn power on until water is filled in water heater, otherwise you will burn out new one. They have to be always in water to avoid burn out.

We had to replace our hot water tank, we did this

try opening the bleeders on your radiators, one at a time starting at the one closest to the pump until all air has been expelled then close bleeder and move on to the radiator next furthest from the pump and so on.if hot water doesn't come out from the first radiator within a short time, or if you cannot hear air being forced out thru bleeder you prolly have a defective pump; have it checked/replaced by a reputable pro..my guess is that the "buzzing noise" is because the pump is defective and the electricity has no place to go.an easy preliminary check for this is to feel the pump motor while buzzing to see if it is hot, if ti is it prolly is bad

I have an old Honeywell ST499A/ST699B thermostat. It still works OK but when we have a power cut I have to re-programme everything. Presumably this is because the battery needs replacing. I cannot find a way of opening the control box to get into the unit to replace the battery and in any case I’m not sure if the battery is renewable?

A trickle of hot water from taps, central heating ok

it sounds like your shut off valve might be bad even though it turns on and off by turing it doesn't mean that the washer is not stuck to the seat and not opening, try replacing the valve
