Question about Panasonic KX-T7730 Corded Phone
DOes the TES824 support RING/CALL GROUP feature, i.e., when a caller is directed to a department which has 4 local extensions, can it be routed automatically to any of the available or non-busy local extensions in that department?
I case all 4 local extensions are busy/engaged, can we set-up the auto-attendant to loop (or ring) until one becomes available ?

with a handset on hook...press PROGRAM and press 3 (number 3 button) this should give you a choice of which extention you want the phone to ring.. ie 1or 2 or three... Then finally press STORE

As far as changing the # of rings, that may be your phone company. Feature 983 will get you in to change to number of rings. It goes as follows:
System coordinator mailbox # and password
Enter Line Number
Enter the desired number of rings
If after changing the number of rings the Auto atendant does not pick up at all, You have to call your phone company and set up the second delay through them. We had the same problem here.
