I had a similar problem on a XP downgraded studio 1537:
WiFi finally worked with the Dell Latitude E4200 Intel WiFi Link 5100 Driver. (search on google)
Currently only have the 1394 Net Adapter marked yellow. But I read that this is not influencing firewire connection via cable ...

hi shaileshrai4 here is the link to the dell site main help, there you will see drivers and downloads click on that then choose the model computer you have and it will show you to all the drivers for that computer, choose the networking and see if the driver is there..
