My O2 mini screen tapping not working, when i tap nothing works. my o2 says "device locked", i am unable to use the keyboard also to acces my data as well as even making outgoing calls. please help!!!!!

tap your screen to set up your pocket pc. the device wont work. it seems like it hanged or something. i even removed the battery, then place it back. still, it wont move

This one is an easy one to solve. Much like with the other mobile phones there is the option to lock the device to prevent it from activating programs whilst it is in your pocket.
Simple push the power button once to reveal the screen and at the bottom left corner there is a button called "Unlock". Once you click this another screen will appear with another button called "Unlock". Click this and your phone will be unlocked.
