Replace fuse

Fuse on the sub can be removed by inserting a straight screwdriver and turning counterclockwise (unplug sub first). It should pop out. Replace with exact same fuse.

Insignia ns ht51 subwoofer the speaker is vibrating but with no sound i believe it is the fuse, if so which fuse do i need

If the fuse had blown the sub woofer would be dead. I think you have a very low frequency oscillation problem . Now the frequency is so low ( below 15Hz ) one cannot hear it but if you look at the sub woofer speaker it will be pushing like a piston - to and fro very powerfully.
You will need professional help on this one.

How do i hook these speakers up to my computer?

Do you mean "IS-ISP3WAY" ?

In the alphabet soup world of audio model names those details matter.

Hipshot questions don't usually get good answers.

These are NOT self-powered, so direct connection to a PC is unlikely. There's the matter of amplification.

Yamaha ns-c444 speaker

Any amp will do for this speaker, and is really the only way to use it with your TV. Unless the set has external speaker jacks. the you cannot use it as a standalone device.

DO NOT be tempted to connect to the internals of the TV. The type of power supply used in TV means that quite dangerous voltages may be present on the chassis exposing the user to electrocution risk.

Goodluck. Thanks for using FixYa :)
