Try a different disc because the one you are trying to use may be in the wrong format and can not be read by that laser. If that does not work, try blowing on the laser just in case there is dust on or around the laser causing it not to read the disc. If that does not work, you may have to buy a laser cleaner that has a brush on it, and when you insert it, it will clean off the laser and it should work.
