Sharp model r-403kk [ turntable wont spin] lights and keypad are all o.k.

have you check if the unit has the power... & also check if all the settings was made..

clean off the bad spot sand use tan/white enamel paint... it's o.k. no lead in usa paint just wait till dry before using

The problem is in the magnetron, "heart of the microwave oven" or the inverter board if the system is less than 7 years old.

Most likely the turntable motor is faulty and needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately,you are describing a microwave that has died.

Are you talking about the light inside the microwave? The front vent I think will allow you to get to the bulb. Should be a couple of small scrrews holding the vent cover on, remove them take vent off. Start it up again and see if the light bulb wiring or socket is arcing

Check the door switch, when it is faulty the oven will turn on but turntable, fan and magnetron wont operate.

Most likely the bottom door switch. Dacor units are built by Sharp and that switch is a very common problem. You'd either need to check the switch with an ohm meter or remove the cover of the switch to see if it's burned inside.

Check to see the turntable it is seated properly. Try to spin it by hand. If it moves easily, it is not in the right place.

If seating it properly does not solve the problem, you'll need to take it apart to see what the mechanical problem is caused by.

It could be as simple as a clogged gear. Or it could even be a broken gear or bad motor. A visual inspection should provide clues.

Be careful. Disconnect it from the AC before taking it apart and do not operate the microwave disassembled as microwaves are harmful to humans. It can cook them!
