Passing this help along
It worked for me!!!
I took off the metal top
I looked under on the left side to find the pump
I took both hoses off the pump and took off the little fan.
i took off the little metal bracket behing the little fan. and unscrewed the little pump to take it out.
the little metal piece that the fan was on wouldn't even move.So i sprayed it down with wd and it started moveing again then a screw fell out.so i found where it went(inside the motor which the fan and metal piece move) got the tweezers and replced it. oiled it some more and put it all back together. Perfect.

Our Blomberg DW-35100 is not draining. We did have a service person in who fixed the problem temporarily. He took the bottom plate off the tub and told us water was present there which raised some float,...

If your Blomberg dishwasher will not drain, it might be the same problem that I had. The filter is a bad design and it lets a lot of debris through. The hose from the dishwasher to the main drain is very small and it gets plugged. Under the sink, loosen the clamps around the hose going into the main drain and take off the dishwasher hose. I use a screwdriver to push the debris through the small hose (that is attached to the big main drain hose) into the big one where it will be carried away. Then I turn on the dishwasher, hold the start button of the dishwasher for three seconds and shut the door. It drains like magic. The first time I did this, it took two hours to figure it out and now I can do it in three minutes. I am going to write to Blomberg now and see about this terrible filter system!

Our GE Dishwasher model GLD4500N00BB will only drain a small amount of water out of the dishwasher. there is water left standing after a wash. what is going on?

Look for restricted drain system. Screens and ports get plugged, also verify the drain hose is NOT kinked at all. Hot water draining relaxes hose and can cause restriction.

Dishwasher is not getting dishes clean. Plus there is a small amount of water below the drain screen but still in drain pipe. Should all the water be pushed out.

Look for particulate matter build up in drain screens.,
Normal operation leaves a small amount of water in the bottom of the machine. If it were not there, you would quickly burn out the seals...

My suggestion is to observe the VOLUME of water exiting the hose, on draining.

Sometimes you just have to take the unit apart and witness every part is clear. and be sure to look for bent drain hose, which would relax and pinch off more with hot water draining...

The dishwasher does not drain water

I had the same problem after a year of use. All the cycle sounded good except for the drain. I disconnected the drain hose with all turned off and only a small amount of water came out ( the inside pan was full ) I then stuck it to my mouth ( gross ) and nothing but back pressure. Another great heave and POW a wad of grease came out. In short by wife poured some fresh stock down the drain which backed into the drain pipe and cooled. Done.
