Hi There, Wish I had good news for you but unfortunately, sorry, I dont. If you are using store bought/rented disc, then the problem lies within the DVD player. It could be the circuit board or the optical lens. Contact the manufacturer for a replacement or an authorized repair facilty in your area. Thanks, Mike
