Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 Digital Camera
I have had my sony DSC-W55 for a little over a year now and it has been awesome! just last week I was taking pictures, and then suddenly, I went to go take another and the "vibration warning" came on and wouldn't let me take a pic. I reset my camera, and now it beeps twice, the two little lights by the playback button come on- one is green and one is yellow. The focus frame turns green and a green dot appears at the top of the screen. and of course- it takes no picture. I didn't drop it or anything, just randomly started doing it.
I tried the sony online tech support, and they didn't know- just offered the info for me to go and get it repaired. the cost----- $91.00. I'm trying to fix it myself, or find out how, before I have to send it in. Help!
I dont recommend it...
if you are not experienced with repairs then don't try-it usually ends up making it worse!
