First you should change the setting in to "thawed mode". steps:

  1. Hold down the SHIFT key and double-click the Deep Freeze icon.
  2. Enter your password and click OK. If you have not yet entered a password you should be able to click OK without entering a password. The Boot Options dialog is displayed.
  3. Select "Boot Thawed" and click OK. This will disable Deep Freeze on the next reboot.
Then, after a reboot, click the "deepfreeze.exe" with which u have installed and u will be given a option to uninstall.

Removing the Webroot/Ask toolbar from Mozilla Firefox page.

If Firefox's tools/options won't remove it, then you'll have to do the uninstall of the Spy Sweeper. The only other way, is if the Ask search bar is showing in your add/remove programs list.
