How to connect Remote to computer

Dear sir, I have Cyrix mmx II 200mhz Mother Board, To that Mother board I have to connect IR remote Sensor to that board. Please give me the hints to How to connection diagram to the board. Please give me the full pin configuration. Thanking you sir

Hello Nairy,

Install infrared module onto IrDA connector, and enable function from the BIOS setup. Make sure you have the correct orientation when you plug into the motherboard.

Location:
Towards rear of motherboard, next to first PCI slot, on AGP side. The number one pin is closest to rear of board.

Pin Configuration:
1. +5V
2. NC
3. IRRX
4. GND
5. IRTX
6. NC
