It depends on the model. It's usually behind the grille or control panel.

There should also be a "mini-manual" hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

At our site, we have a video showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

Where is the fuse in my Kenmore Over the stove Microwave oven

The fuse is located under the keypad in towards the high voltage capacitor "silver rectangular in shape" before you take it apart "unplug and discharge capacitor" there are dangerous high voltages present, the fuse is a ceramic type and must be replaced with the identical size and rating. Now if the fuse blows again it is more than likely one of the door switches is defective.

Light is burnt out. How do I replace the bulb for an EM-S260

Befor you do anything you need to read up on how to discharge a high voltage capacitor so that you avoid all sort of injury as well as death. Once you have read up on how to discharge the high voltage capacitor, you simply remove thecasing of the microwave, discharge the high voltage capacitor, once that is done, you are safe to locate and replace the bulb, To obtain a bulb contact your closest Sanyo authorised repair agent, they should either have one in stock or they will be able to order one for you.. Good Luck.

Microwave will not heat anything.

If it is working but not heating, then test the high voltage capacitor, the rectifier diode.or the magnetron. If all this are fine, test the control board. If turntable is not running check also the door switch.

The diodeand capacitors can be tested. The capacitor must be allowed discharge before testing, or you risk to get electrocuted, evenif power is off.Capacitors can get discharged by shorting their two contacts.
Before replacing the magnetron test also the control board.
Replace the magnetron if the checks and all of the high voltage component tests are good, but the unit still does not heat.
