Question about Westell Wirespeed VersaLink (A99-327W11-00) Router (A99327W1100)
There is a user name and password stored in the Westell router, when you connect to the Internet it sends this info to the ISP to allow your connection. Hopefully your ISP provided you with this info. If you have it, type in http://192.168.1.1 in your browser, this will take you to the Westell Home Page (Your Router). There will be a Connection Overview window open, select profile editor, this will open another window, click on edit profile. This will open another screen where you can input your Account Name (username) and Account Password. Enter them, select the Always On button and save. If the reset button has been pressed on the back of the router, this will remove the name and password and restore everything back to the factory defaults including disabling the wireless operation. Usually when you are being asked for the password, it has been erased from the router. Hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
