A 404 error means the page cannot be found on the server.

This information is found in the help files at yahoo:

Yahoo Mail allows you to use one or more alternate sending addresses (which will appear in the "From:" line of messages that you send). To set that up, you need to change your mail settings.

On the Yahoo Mail page, go to: Options > Mail Options > Accounts
Then select "Add Account", and insert the new email address. (Yahoo will send a verification message to that address, to confirm that you are entitled to use it.) Be sure to click "Save changes" when you have finished.

After you set up and verify the new alternate sending address, you'll be able to select it from a pulldown menu, when sending a new message.

What is LaunchFCC-1 error and how can I fix it?

Hi,

This is the kind of error thats happening recently when visiting or logging into yahoo account. Yahoo themselves have accepted this fault due to server maintenance. They have been upgrading the servers and ran into difficulties, many are having the same problem. They hope to have it fixed soon, In the meantime, you can click one of these links to access your mail http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail

This is not going to affect your mail account and you can use it for time being until yahoo finishes off this problem soon.
