I am not able to locate where the paper jam is or how to open the printer to reach the jam. I have tried everything the instructions manual said but the paper is jammed further into the printer. Also why is the paper not feeding properly into the printer. I have seen others with similar problems. I have tried to feed one by one and also a few at a time making sure that the paper is not creased. Thank you for your help.

1.1 Switch off the printer and disconnect the power supply. Allow any residual charge to fade away before putting your hands or metal tools inside the chassis. 2.Step 2 Pin down the exact location of the jam. The three hot spots for a jam are the paper tray, anywhere between the feed tray and the print carriage, or between the print carriage and the output tray. 3.Step 3 Take off the front paper tray if the sheet got stuck while it was still in the front area of the printer. If the sheet jammed here, you should be able to see most of the paper. 4.Step 4 Pull on the sheet with both hands and steady pressure. Do not tug as you might rip the paper, leaving a chunk of it deeper in the machine. 5.Step 5 Open the back panel to reach paper jammed between the feed tray area and the print carriage of the all-in-one printer. Carefully remove the jammed paper from the machine. 6.Step 6 Use the carriage access door to reach a jam further inside the all-in-one printer. You may need to move the print carriage out of your way to clear the jam. 7.Step 7 Return any access panels to their closed and locked positions. Plug your printer back in and flip the power switch.
hey i had the same prob til about 5 minutes ago ,, i kept pulling and playing with the jammed paper under the lid where you change the ink,, and finally on the left side ,,a blue piece of soft plastic material came out ,,now it works great ,,i have no idea where it came from but maybe it will help you lets hope
When a paper jam occurs during printing for some reason, the printer
beeps, displaying the message <PAPER JAM> in the display. When
a paper jam occurs, remove the jammed paper using the following
procedure, and then resume the job. If the message that indicates the
paper jam does not disappear even after removing the jammed paper
following the procedure, there is a possibility that torn pieces of
paper are still left inside the printer. Inspect each part of the
printer again, and completely remove all pieces of jammed paper.
Look on the back of the unit, and you might see a panel that can be removed for just this sort of situation. try to bend or lift it out gently, and you may be able to see the paper from there. Also, make sure the cartridges are taken out before you try to dislodge the paper, they might be blocking the jammed paper from your view. Needle nose pliers work great for getting out paper if you can't reach it with your fingers.
1. Switch off the
printer and disconnect the power supply. Allow any residual charge
inside the all-in-one printer to dissipate before putting your hands or
any metal tools inside the chassis.
2. Pin down the exact
location of the jam. The 3 hot spots for a jam are before a sheet
completely leaves the paper tray, anywhere between the feed tray and
print carriage or between the print carriage and output tray.
3. Take off the front
paper tray if the sheet jammed while still in the front area of the
printer. If here, you should be able to see most of the paper.
4. Pull the sheet with
both hands and steady pressure. Do not tug as you might rip the paper,
leaving a piece deeper inside the machine.
5. Open the back panel to reach paper jammed between the feed-tray area and print carriage. Carefully remove the jammed paper.
6. Use the carriage
access door to get at a jam further inside the printer. You may need to
remove the print carriage to get to the jam.
7. Replace all parts and
return any access panels to their closed and locked positions. Plug
your printer back in and flip the power switch.
