How to clean out solution line - Bissell 7950 ProHeat Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum

either your hoses are stopped up or nozzle is dirty, if you know how to take apart to clean out the lines or take the nozzle off to clean, otherwise will have to be serviced

There should be a line for water and a line for the cleaner. You mix them together.

Hey Jeff! Some Oriental rugs should not be cleaned with water. You may want to contact the manufacturer of the Oriental rugs regarding their care instructions.

if it stopped spraying all lines may be clogged up try taking it apart and clean each line one by one i say one at a time so you dont mix up lines i had same problem when i was fixing a friends 2 main lines were clogged with old soap if unsed for some time that soap build up a grud this should help you can us a small pipe cleaner

Most likely it is clogged with old detergent residue. These get plugged when the old solution sets in the line and dries out and hardens. you will need to clean the lines out, you may have to disconnest them and run hot wather thru them to clean out. Always run pure water through the attatchments and clean after using cleaning solution to clean out the lines before storing.

the lid of the sol tank is also a mesuaring cup. on the sol tank there is a line just above the sticker. the cap has 3oz or 5oz line. the 3oz line is for light area cleaning and the 5oz is for heavy area cleaning. hope this helps

From the manual:

1. Remove the Clean/Solution Tank by lifting it
straight up, then away from the Lower Body.
2. Unscrew the black cap at the bottom of the
Clean/Solution Tank.
3. Add one of the BISSELL Advanced Cleaning formulas
for Deep Cleaning machines to the formula fill
line on the Clean/Solution tank. Fill the rest of the
tank with hot (not boiling) tap water to the water
fill line. Replace and tighten the black cap.
4. Place Clean/Solution Tank on Lower Body.

The clean water tank cap is two-part. Unscrew the threaded ring and then pull out the center piece. There is a rubber gasket around the center piece, so it may take light force to remove it. Fill the tank with solution to the "solution" line, and fill with hot water to the "water" line. Cheers.

You would need to disasemble the machine to undo the hose. You could try running a mix of water and vinegar to clean out the water lines.
