I need sound card driver for my laptop sony VGN-S36C/b

Hi everybody;
i wonder if you could help me to fix my laptop's problem
in fact i get all righ exepet the sound . i tried many times but no way..
now my laptop runs with xp

Sony vgn-t340p sound card vista sound just stopped working yesterday, bottom right coner says "no audio device installed" Checked and there is no sound card installed tryed downloading it off sonys site...

Re-installing the Audio Driver should fix the issue.

You can download the Audio Driver from here.

Please download the file to a folder in the Computer. After that, open the folder where the file is downloaded and double click on it to begin the installation. After installing the Audio Driver, please restart the Computer for the settings to take the effect.

This should fix the issue.

As soon as i start it up I get coloured lines across the screen, then when i log on the icons are big n it wont let me change resolution!


I also have a Sony Vaio VGN-AR630E. There is a known problem with the NVIDA 8400M GT video card. Mine has died and Sony said this card will be fixed even if out of waranty, Only problem is that this model of laptop will not be fixed. This was not an inexpensive laptop, but Sony won't correct the problem with the video card.

u can upgrade ur graphic card without any prob
cause u have extra pci express slot
u can opt for any gforce or nvidiva graphic card
acc to ur pocket but franly i will not suggest u to do tht
cause u have a very good config of ur laptop
4gb of memory is more than enough
even if u want to play high end games
its just perfect

Nope, there is currently no support for that within Vista, try using the XP driver directly; and when installing it click on "Continue Anyway".

Mine is an ongoing issue, for almost 6 weeks now. I cannot access my Pinterest account. I get no results when I sign on to Pinterest, or when I push the Pinterest button. The first sign of trouble was when I got a message that something had run out or stopped and at that point I was told to paste something to my browser. This was Greek to me and thus began my many desperate pleas for help. At 70 years old, I am unable to follow any instructions. The second thing I was told was to deactivate my account and then reinactivate it. I then read that to deactivate would lose all my boards and pins, so then I was and still am, afraid to do anything! I adore Pinterest. I am a shut in, physically challenged and Pinterest adds so much joy to my daily life. My last email was from a woman, at Corp., and she listed several suggestions...however, I did not understand them, plus, if I exited the email to do what she instructed, I had to hope I could still have the email to go back to, and I immediately did the unthinkable...I lost the email entirely. I am so fed up with myself at this point, I had a computer repair man come to the house to work on my iPad and my laptop, but he said he knew nothing about Pinterest and could not help me at all. I have contacted you for help so many times on this, it is embarrassing and I am sure I have made a nuisance of myself. The initial email, notifying me that something was wrong with my account, is when all the trouble began. I have enjoyed Pinterest for several years, and have no idea what the initial email was talking about. That is when I was told to deactivate and then deactivate my account, and also told to paste something to my browser. It sounds so simple, but I am at a total loss. Again, I am terrified of losing my boards and 57,000.00 pins. Can someone at Corp. try again to help me? Also, is there any chance that they could call me and instruct me over the phone?
