Question about Televison & Video
Hi, The most likely cause of this problem, the color guns is out of alignment. Rear Projection Televisions often go out of alignment over time. Your television "should" have an automatic alignment function within the Television Setup Menu. Since you did not provide the model number, I cannot give you specific instructions on how to re-align the unit. Check the user’s manual or contact the Television for instructions on how to automatically realign your television. Thanks, Mike H.

The problem is called green geometry.There is nothing wrong w/the green pix tube.It is critical to get the green geometry
accurate because the red and blue convergence overlays on
the green.If you have more than an alignment issue,that will need
repair before adjustments are attempted.
