My display has a big back blotch and I can't see a damn thing

The display has a giant black spot on it and I can't see the settings. Where can I get a new LCD or get it fixed without sending it clear across the country (I'm in Dallas, TX)

If they are inside the lens, you might want to consider professional help or replace the camera. Get a quote first and see which is least expensive.

Can you send in your phone to be fixed with the warranty if the screen is cracked? How would it be fixed, and would it cost anything?

Since screens don't crack themselves, then isn't it obvious that it wouldn't be covered under equipment warranty.

If you have cell phone insurance that covers accidental damage then use that. There may be an excess to pay though. Alternatively, go find the local mobile phone shop and ask them how much to replace the screen. PS... that thing that t=you Facebook and IM on.... it can also be used to make telephone calls... shock, horror, I know, right! So call the damned mobile phone shop.

Why doesnt my olympus fl-lm1 not flash?

usual suspects for a dead flash are burnt capacitor, or burnt bulb. Any dark spots or burnt hair-ish smell on the flash? Unfortunately most things are made to be replaceable not fixable. Might try a local camera store...

It could be some dust particle on the lens to a faulty sensor. Check the lens if you can spot any abnormality on it and if not, please get it serviced.

Black spot on the picture

I had similar spots on my Canon compact camera because dust had entered the body and rested on the sensor.

Faint lcd display

I'd keep on using it if I were you. As long as the flash is being used exclursively in manual mode then there isn't really a need to be able to see the display.

Very Slow....Light Black Screen when opeing

If it has not corrected itself by turning the phone off and taking the battery out for a couple of minutes then turning it back on you should try a factory data reset. In Idle mode, open the application list and select
Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset - Reset phone
-Erase everything.
