HI unfortunatly they are dark black blotches that no light travels through, they are

This could be due to a bad video card, but is much more likely to be a problem with your screen itself. What you described is likely to be caused by damaged or dead pixels in the screen. The cost of one is usually about half of the cost of the laptop itself, so you may want to consider buying a new laptop and salvage your data and other usable parts from this one.
You have a problem in the light engine portion of the set. Somewhere in the optics. It could also be a build up of dust or a foreign substance. Have a repair shop give it a good cleaning inside. You may want to pull the bulb and make sure there is no foggy places inside of it. Thanks
This is probably caused by dust, either on the mirror, lens, or possibly inside the light engine. There is a 5" dia hole on the side of the back of the tv where you can take out one screw and take the door off. this is just big enough for you to put your hand through to clean the mirror and lens. Hope this helps.
1. Make sure that you removed the entire paper jam and that nothing is caught in the fuser assembly (the part that gets hot so make sure it is cooled off first, also do not use anything to dig at anything that might be there try carefully using a tweezer or needle nose pliers to pull it out. 2.Remove the toner cartridge and with a dry cloth or a pencil eraser clean off the contacts on your left when facing the inside of printer and the roller on the bottom can be wiped off to remove excess toner. 3.With toner cart. still out use a dry cloth to wipe the laser print head area located directly above the roller on the bottom of the printer be careful as the metal edges are sharp. 4.If there is a build-up of toner at the entrance of the fuser try gently removing it with a flat blade screwdriver with care. 5.If this doesn't help it may be necessary to replace the toner cartridge itself.
very easy to replace screen here, just couple of screws, and back cover comes off, exposing the screen. you can buy broken p32 on ebay very cheaply, just look for it to have problems other than the screen
