You need to uninstall your ATI display driver and then download and reinstall the driver from here :

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

May toshiba A100.has no display after i upgrade to windows 7.but the external works.

It sounds like you need to reinstall or update the Display Driver. You need to goto the manufacturers website, find their support section and there should be a list of drivers for your specific machine. Installing these should resolve your problem. I have a list of links to most manufacturers drivers on my website.
If this does not work then your hardware may not be Windows 7 compatible.
Hope this helps,

How do I fing toshiba A60 equium password

Hi,
pull the battery out and leave it out for a few minutes and then put it back in - if you can reach the bios then reset optimum settings - if there is a windows password then reformatting will get rid of that one.

Display driver for Satellite A60-102. Thank you

http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/modelContent.jsp?ct=DL&os=&category=&moid=1213736&rpn=PSA60U&modelFilter=A60-S1072&selCategory=3&selFamily=1073768663

this link will take you to the support page for a similar model. check the numbers on your model as you seam to be missing some letters or numbers. the Satellite A60 is a model but the -102 isnt enough. it should read like
Satellite A60-S1072 which is the model i posted the link for. choose your OS like xp or vista and try that driver. but it will be better if you get the right model first.

Whenever I attempt to watch movies or play games on my laptop, after 20 mins or so the laptop freezes completely everytime and I have to restart for it to work again. Sometimes when this happens I receive...

" error message stating that my display driver is not functioning properly "
That is exactly your laptop's problem - bad (or corrupted) video driver. Uninstall the one you have now, go here

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?prodNameId=316675&lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=316673&taskId=135

and download (as in Save, not Run) the installer for a new one. After the download ends close the browser and run it

try updating the drivers to you monitor/screen, and then try updating the drivers to your video card, and then try updating the drivers to your display adaptors, all this can be done by going to start>control panel> system> hardware>device manager>*appropriate category*
