Question about SanDisk SDMX1 MP3 Player
Ok when i press the on button it shows the hour glass thing and then it says SANDISK 512mb welcome! but it stays like that and i can't acces my music and the only way i can turn it off is to take the battery out. help please!!!
Not the same problem but close: when starting the player states "low battery don´t booting" and shut down. USB connection still ok.
the solution is about the same as written before here:
- erase all files by computer connection.
- make sure you have a ful baterry on the player.
- on the first try after this is still said the same thing. Trying again (holding for a little while the start button) the player recovers for this error.

I had that today. Seemed to have some corrupt files on it. My solution was to attach the unit to a PC's USB port, find it as a drive in Windows Explorer, then right-click the drive and select format. Obviously it erases everything but works fine afterwards. klaasbil
