Question about Dishwashers
I have just moved into a new house where a brand new Candy CDI 1012 dishwasher was supplied. The dishwasher turns on without any error codes, selects the program fine and seals the door without any problem. But that is as far as it goes. No water goes into the unit and all we get is a beep every minute or so. The dishwasher displays no error codes as written in the instruction manual, and the beep we hear is not covered anywhere in the manual to tell us what the problem is. I have checked the water pipe going into the machine and the outlet pipe. Both are connected fine and water is turned on.

providing its not under guarantee remove mains plug and remove door skin from front of door carefully, as it has to go back on, look for any broken wires just above the door hinge, there will be about 10 or 15 wires, its possible that if you have checked what you said have checked properly that one of these wires has got hot and broken (very common fault of all dishwashers aver 3 year old) replace wire with care etc, work safely,
