Question about Coby MP-C7085 MP3 Player
The problem lies with the battery.
If you are within the 90-day warranty, the unit can be replaced.
If you are out of the 90-day warranty, contact the manufacturer for a replacement battery.
Keep in mind, to replace the battery, if you are handy you can do it yourself with a soldering gun. If not, take it to your local repair facility. It should not take more then 5 minutes to replace the battery.
The cost for a battery is a $6.00 Money Order.
