Audio ClusterFk

Ok picture this, I bought the Asus M2A-VM HDMI Board. on a fresh install of windows. using the install all. the Audio drivers complete installing but there is no tray icon on the start bar, i click reboot after install, then after the reboot, still no system tray icon and no sound, like the device isnt there, i checked the bios, and its all enabled and all there, i then tried to manually install it though the advance device manager functions and i got an Error 10, the device cannot start. i then read on this site about bios updates and new drivers from Asus, I went to their site and DLED the bios flash and the audio drivers. after flashing and re installing and restarting, still nothing.
