I am installing dvd x-copy gold on a xp operating system and my id # and password dont work to allow me to finalize my installation. Do u have a generic id and password that i can use or any ideas that will get my software installed?

- I bought DVD X COPY a couple of years ago...loved using it but the computer it was installed on died. Contacted the company to see If I could get the Id# and password for the disk they sent me...they told me no....but I could re-buy it again. Does anyone have a Id# and password that would work.- cookieme01
