Try to turn it off and unplug it for a few minutes, turn it back on and leave it to copy mode. try printing from the computer then/ keep us posted.

SOURCE: Canon MP510 not printing correct
Refill the yellow section of your cartridge. The yellow exit part of the cartridge head could be blocked as well. Read on Google how to unblock clogged nozzles.

May I know the exact error messages in the printer screen. If it's green and yellow lights that are flashing you need to push more the two cartridges that you replace....also try to clean it using the printer program installed in your computer....good luck and hope it will help....
