I have an E521, I run 3GB on it no problem. Have you used a matched pair? ensure that they are securely seated? Ensure you have not pull a cable off your graphics card. Finally, remove all memory, and try one stick at a time, if it works with one add the other matched one, and so on. You can tell if they are matched, a pair will have the same number on it. I have the same problem, Cant install 3GB's of RAM without getting a blue screen.
Same guest as previous... I even didnt memory error check in BIOS and everything passed...
which pc? Motherboard...
